DQS Solutions & Staffing has acquired Comprehensive Logistics to expand a national logistics and transportation platform across North America.
Together with McLaren Transport, this strengthens end-to-end capabilities across workforce solutions, warehousing, sequencing, and transportation services. From today on, all three organizations will be moving forward as one.
Aviara Partners advised DQS on the transaction, with Winston & Strawn LLP providing legal due diligence and Rehmann providing financial due diligence services.
