  • $15M to $400M+ equity investment capacity per deal 
  • Majority equity for buyout or minority equity for growth equity 
  • Robust sponsor economics in transaction, monitoring, and performance fees 
  • Ability to reserve for follow-on capital or to implement buy-and-build approach 
  • Institutional investor involvement provides optionality for future commingled fundraising  
  • Typically, able to close within forty-five (45) to sixty (60) days from opportunity introduction  
  • Conversation with Aviara Partners ideally starts pre-LOI, before exclusivity, or soon thereafter
